What cookies are
Cookies are small values saved by a website in your browser. Similar browser storage can remember a preference on your device.
Essential sign-in cookie
When you sign in, Calendza sets an HTTP-only session cookie so the server can recognize your account on later requests. On the live HTTPS service it uses secure cookie settings and a limited lifetime. Without this cookie, account and workspace features cannot keep you signed in.
Short-lived security cookies
During Google, Microsoft, or Zoom sign-in and connection flows, Calendza uses short-lived state and (where needed) proof-key cookies to protect the OAuth request and callback. They expire quickly and are not advertising cookies.
Local browser preference
The dashboard may use browser local storage to remember whether you collapsed the navigation sidebar. This preference stays in that browser and is not required for authentication.
Analytics and advertising
Calendza currently does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking. Workspace analytics are calculated from scheduling records rather than advertising trackers. If this changes, this policy will be updated and any required choices will be provided.
Managing browser storage
You can block or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login and connected-provider features from working. For questions, email info@calendza.com.
