Why this product exists
Arranging a short call often turns into several messages about dates, timezones, and meeting links. Existing scheduling products solve that problem, but useful options can disappear behind plan limits just as a person begins to rely on them. Calendza is our attempt to keep the basic workflow generous and understandable.
A host sets working hours, creates an event type, and shares a public link or website widget. A guest sees available times in their own timezone and books without creating an account. Connected calendars can protect busy time, while supported video and email providers handle the meeting details.
Who we have in mind
Calendza is useful when a conversation needs a clear duration, an available time, and a place to meet.
Consultants, coaches, tutors, designers, and other people who arrange client calls can keep different meeting types under one account.
A business can place a booking widget on its own site and give customers a direct path from an enquiry to an appointment.
Calendza can support shared administration and configurable plans, but advanced team routing is not presented as finished functionality.
How we make product decisions
A feature should not be described as available when it still needs implementation or provider configuration. Where a dependency exists, the interface and documentation should say so.
The person booking a meeting should see the information needed to choose a time, not an obstacle course of accounts, upgrades, and unnecessary fields.
Core scheduling, calendar checks, booking links, and embeds come first. Payments, deeper team workflows, and additional providers should be added only when the underlying flow is reliable.
Where things stand
The current beta has no event-type or booking caps on the default plan and does not ask for a credit card. We are not promising that every future feature will be free forever.
