Terms for using Calendza.

These Terms explain the basic rules for Calendza accounts, scheduling hosts, and people who book appointments.

Agreement and operator

These Terms apply to your access to calendza.com and the Calendza scheduling service. Calendza, operated by Muhammad Abdul Rafah ("Calendza," "we," or "us") provides the service. By creating an account, booking through a Calendza page, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Calendza for a business or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The service

Calendza lets hosts configure availability and event types, publish booking pages, receive appointments, connect supported calendars and meeting providers, and manage bookings. Features can vary by configuration and may change over time. A booking is an arrangement between the host and attendee; Calendza provides the scheduling tools and is not a party to the underlying consultation or service.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for limiting access to trusted workspace members. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, people, or the service.

Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for their event descriptions, availability, prices or other terms they communicate outside Calendza, booking questions, cancellation instructions, and the services they offer. Hosts must have an appropriate basis and provide any notices required before collecting attendee information. Hosts must not publish private or misleading content or use Calendza to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

Attendee responsibilities

Attendees must provide accurate booking details, select the correct time and timezone, and follow the host’s instructions. Contact the host to ask questions or change an appointment. The host’s cancellation or rescheduling terms govern the appointment unless applicable law says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use Calendza to violate law or another person’s rights; send spam, scams, threats, or abusive content; impersonate another person; probe, disrupt, or bypass security; access another workspace without permission; upload malware; or misuse provider APIs. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless the host has clearly requested it and you have an appropriate reason to provide it.

Bookings, notifications, and availability

Displayed availability is calculated from the host’s settings, existing Calendza bookings, and any connected calendar data available at that time. Provider delays, changes, or outages can affect availability; a displayed slot is not a guarantee until Calendza confirms the booking. Email confirmations or reminders depend on configuration, delivery providers, and recipient systems and may be delayed or filtered. Review the confirmation and contact the host if anything is unclear.

Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, Zoom, email delivery vendors, and other connected services have separate terms, privacy notices, availability, and access controls. You must be authorized to connect an account. Calendza is not responsible for third-party services or changes they make, but we will use connected information only as described in our Privacy Policy and for the features you request.

Fees and payments

The current booking flow does not collect consultation payments, process card payments, or charge a Calendza booking fee. Do not treat a booking confirmation as a receipt or proof of payment. If paid Calendza features are introduced later, applicable pricing and terms will be presented before they apply.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give Calendza permission to host, store, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to provide the features you select. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You may remove or change content through available workspace controls, subject to records that need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Calendza handles account, booking, calendar, and support information. It is part of these Terms. Hosts are separately responsible for their own privacy notices and legal obligations regarding information they collect from attendees.

Service availability and changes

Calendza is evolving and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We aim to give notice of material changes where practical or required, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Calendza and ask for account closure by contacting info@calendza.com. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for a violation of these Terms, a security risk, legal compliance, or discontinuation of the service. On closure, access may stop and information will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calendza is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that every feature, third-party connection, booking, or notification will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the date above. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@calendza.com.
