Calendza help
From your first login to your first booking.
Follow the setup steps below, then make one test booking before sharing your link with clients.
Open your workspace →Create an account
Use email or Google sign-in. Complete the setup questions so your workspace has the role, timezone, and meeting preferences you need.
Set working hours
Open Availability. Enable the days you want to meet, set a start and end time, and confirm the timezone. Save the schedule before checking your booking page.
Connect a calendar
Open Calendars and connect Google or Microsoft to check appointments booked elsewhere. An account used for Google sign-in is not automatically a calendar connection. Provider configuration and permissions are required.
Create a meeting type
Open Event types, add a name and duration, explain what the meeting covers, and choose a location. Set a clear URL slug and enable its public link when ready.
Share a link or embed
Booking page shows your published events. Embed widget provides the iframe code for your own site. Test the booking flow on desktop and mobile after placing the widget.
Review meetings and notifications
Bookings lists appointment details and available join links. Email notifications need the configured platform email service and a running worker; a saved booking does not guarantee an email has been delivered.
A time is unavailable
Check your working hours, timezone, existing Calendza bookings, and connected-calendar busy periods. The event must be active and public for guests to book.
A provider will not connect
Check the connection error and ask the administrator to review OAuth credentials, redirect URLs, permissions, and provider configuration. Reconnect an account if its authorization has expired.
A reminder or join link is missing
Check the event location and connection status for video links. For emails, check spam folders and ask the administrator to review queued message status and worker execution.
