How Calendza works to protect your information.
Calendza uses access controls and server-side safeguards to protect account, calendar, and booking information.

User routes require a signed-in session. Administration checks account roles, and workspace records are associated with the workspace that owns them.
Passwords and sessions
Email passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords. Server-managed sessions use hashed tokens and expire. Keep your password private and log out on shared devices.
Connected provider credentials
Provider tokens are stored encrypted on the server and used only for connected features. Revoke provider access when you no longer need the connection.
Public booking information
Published event names, descriptions, durations, and locations are intended for visitors. Do not place confidential client information or credentials in public event descriptions or booking questions.
Availability checks
Existing bookings and supported calendar busy periods are checked before slots are offered and again during booking submission. Provider and network failures can still affect service.
Administrative changes
The administration area manages configuration and sensitive operations. Audit records capture supported administrative actions. Only give administrator roles to trusted people.
Security limitations
No service is risk-free. Calendza does not claim independent security certification or guaranteed availability. Keep your devices and provider accounts secure.
