Your booking page, on your website

Overview

How Website Embed fits your booking flow

Place a Calendza event’s booking page inside your own website using an iframe. Visitors can choose a time and enter their details without being sent to a separate site. The direct link and embedded page use the same availability.

What this connection does

01

Keep booking on your website

Add scheduling next to the service, consultation, or contact page where a visitor is already deciding to meet.

02

Use the same live schedule

Changing working hours or existing bookings affects the embedded slots without replacing the iframe code.

03

Show times locally

The embedded booking page detects the visitor’s timezone just like the direct event link.

04

Share a direct link as well

You can use both the widget and the event URL for the same meeting type.

Get connected

Set it up, then test one booking.

Take a few minutes to verify the connection before you send the link to clients.

  1. 1

    Publish an event type

Create the meeting, set its duration and location, and make sure its public booking link is enabled.

  2. 2

    Copy the iframe code

Open Embed widget in your workspace and copy the snippet for the event. Paste it into an HTML/embed block on your website.

  3. 3

    Test your website on mobile

Give the iframe enough height for the booking flow. Check date selection, time slots, and the details form on a narrow screen.

Example iframe structure—use your own event’s code from Embed widget.

<iframe src="https://your-site.com/your-profile/your-event?embed=1"
  width="100%" height="700" title="Book a meeting"></iframe>

Useful details

Questions about Website Embed.

Does the iframe need an API key?

No. The public-event embed uses the generated iframe URL. Calendar and provider credentials remain on the server.

Why is the booking page not showing?

Check that the event is active and public, that the iframe URL is correct, and that your website permits iframe content.

Can I style everything inside the iframe from my website?

Your site controls the container width and height. Its CSS does not directly style the separate booking page inside the iframe.
