Overview
Use Zoom when your clients already expect a Zoom call. After the provider is configured and your account is connected, Calendza can request a meeting room for a confirmed booking and save the join link with the appointment.
You do not need to create a separate Zoom room before each supported booking.
Review the meeting link from Bookings when it has been created successfully.
Use Zoom for one event type and another supported location for a different meeting.
Zoom’s meeting-duration rules, account permissions, and other restrictions still apply.
Get connected
Take a few minutes to verify the connection before you send the link to clients.
Open Calendars and choose Connect Zoom. Authorize the account you plan to use for hosting.
Create or edit an event type and choose Zoom before publishing its booking link.
Make a test booking and verify that its join link opens the expected Zoom meeting.

Check that Zoom is the event’s location and the account connection is active. Provider authorization or API failures can prevent room creation; review the booking before inviting your guest to join.
