Time tracking software for employees should make the next action obvious. Calendza keeps the session, its breaks and the resulting attendance record together.

Start a break and end it when work resumes. Recorded break time is deducted from worked time rather than getting lost in a separate note.
Employees can see whether they are clocked in or on a break, together with a live worked-time display. Closing the page does not end the saved session.
Review attendance alongside scheduled shifts. Work recorded without a running published shift is flagged as unscheduled, so managers can follow up with context.
How it works
The employee opens their time clock and clocks in when work starts.
Breaks stay attached to that session. Clocking out completes the attendance record.
Owners and authorized managers review closed entries and worked hours in Timesheets.
See which employees have clocked in and follow up on attendance without relying only on the printed rota.
Keep the start, finish and breaks for each work session in a record that can be reviewed alongside the schedule.
