Give recorded hours a clear review process.

Calendza timesheet software helps owners and authorized managers move from raw attendance entries to checked records, while employees can follow their own hours.

Review employee totals

Choose a date range and see completed work by employee. Worked hours and recorded breaks are shown separately, with the source clock entries available below.

Verify the underlying entries

Review clock-in and clock-out times in context. Mark reviewed hours as verified rather than treating an unchecked record as a finished review.

Resolve attendance corrections

Employees submit correction requests from My Timesheet and track their status. Authorized reviewers assess the specific employee record and keep approval or rejection history.

Review periods and export hours

Use the available pay-period review workflow, export worked hours to CSV or print a report. Exports support further review; Calendza does not process payroll.

How it works

A practical path from entries to reviewed hours.

  1. Choose the period

Select the dates you want to review. Totals are based on closed attendance entries and recorded breaks within that range.

  2. Check and resolve

Review employee totals and source entries. Assess pending corrections and verify hours after checking the details.

  3. Keep a useful record

Review the relevant pay period and export a CSV or print the worked-hours report when needed.

Less backtracking when hours need an explanation.

An employee missed a clock-out

The employee requests a correction against their attendance record. The reviewer sees the proposed change and reason before making a decision.

A manager is reviewing the week

Start with employee totals, then check individual entries and breaks where an explanation is needed. Use reports to compare planned and recorded hours.

Questions before you start?

Practical details about timesheet software in Calendza.

What is included in worked-hours totals?

Timesheet totals use closed clock entries for the selected period, with recorded breaks deducted. A session that is still open is not included as completed worked time.

Can employees request changes to their hours?

Yes. My Timesheet lets employees submit attendance correction requests and follow their status and history. Approval or rejection is handled by an authorized reviewer.

Can I export employee timesheets?

Yes. The worked-hours view includes a CSV export for the selected date range and a print-report action.

Does Calendza run payroll?

No. Calendza provides attendance records, worked-hours reviews and exports. Reports and labor estimates are for review, not payroll processing or a guarantee of legal compliance.
